Q. What kind of return can I expect from refitting a new kitchen if I sell my home?
A. This is always relative to the location and how much the potential buyer likes your kitchen. Your new kitchen maybe designer, state of the art, abstract and expensive but if the potential new owner feels it is not to their taste, and plan on replacing it then in that situation the return will not be high. On the other hand, a well-designed, good quality, discounted kitchen could attract a 3-4 fold return if the new owners like it!
