Q. What is the delivery schedule?
A. Where possible your delivery day will be confirmed, though this cannot always be predicted. Traffic and prior deliveries will sometimes prevent us from stating a morning or afternoon delivery. Unfortunately drivers are not always able to call in advance, some do not carry mobile phones.
Deliveries are Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm. Saturday deliveries may be possible by special arrangement and cost. Please check all goods on arrival. Damage to the packaging usually means damage to your order. This must be stated on the driver’s delivery note.
In the event of a late delivery we advise that you postpone arranging plumbers & joiners etc until you have the goods on site. |
