Q. What do I do if I receive any damaged cabinets?

A. We make every effort to see that your order arrives in the perfect condition it left the store. Goods are carefully, packaged and when not on the company’s own transport, it is delivered via fragile goods specialists. We advise you to thoroughly check your order on arrival, any damage is usually evident by the condition of the packaging. You are under no obligation to accept damaged goods. Simply sign the drivers delivery note "Goods damaged - not received" and they will be returned and a replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible.
