Q. What is your returns policy?
A. Your statutory rights are unaffected however we are unable to accept any returns due to incorrectly ordered units, as they were ordered as part of a whole order specially collated for you. Other independently ordered goods, if unopened, still in factory packaging and resalable can be returned within 7 days - if first agreed in writing by the company. The Buyer is responsible to arrange reliable transportation and pay all costs involved in transporting of unwanted goods back to the point of uplift. Goods, once confirmed as resalable, will be credited to the account from which it was paid. A restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price may be charged on all goods returned which prove to be non-defective. All goods returned without prior notification or agreed with us can not be credited.
